So, let's talk about Navarre and where the top three neighborhoods are or rather the most popular neighborhoods to move to Navarre. Well, let's talk a little bit about Navarre. It is located just on the west side of Fort Walton Beach and just east of Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, that area. We've got a population of around 35,500 as of the date of this video and some things of why people want to move to Navarre. First of all, it's because we have great beaches in Navarre. It was actually voted the most relaxing beach in all of Florida. Pretty cool, huh? We have a great location. You're only 45 minutes from downtown Pensacola, 45 minutes from downtown Destin. So it's right in the middle are where you want to be. Of course, housing affordability is one of the best bang for your buck wanting to be in close proximity to the gulf and of course the schools. The schools are rated A- for this area.
So, let's get into it. Let's talk about the Top Three Neighborhoods in Navarre.
3. East Central Navarre
Now, this is located just east of Highway 87. There's a very large area that encompasses Navarre high school and much of the developed areas that includes a good amount of shops and restaurants that are in Navarre itself. So, this is a little bit of an older part of the neighborhood. Housing has a little bit more affordable, it's a little bit more developed. So, one of the more popular places that people want to live.
2. Pro-Am Estates
Now, who doesn't want to live right on a golf course? You get golf 24/7, you know, 12 months a year when you're here in Florida. Well, depends on if you need light to do golf, I guess. You have a Hidden Creek, which is an 18-hole championship public golf course designed by Ron Garr. It's got lush greens and rolling terrain. It's just a great nice relaxing golf course to go to. Now the homes in this area, a really nicely up kept, they're in very high demand, actually, and are continuing to grow. I always see new construction going up in there as we're previewing houses. Also, don't forget, if you are in that area to check out the Creekside Southern Grill, that's located at the clubhouse. Now, this is a really popular destination for locals for lunch and dinner, and brunch on Sundays.
1. Holley By The Sea
Okay, and as you've been waiting for, what's number one in Navarre? Well, it's Holley by the Sea. Probably one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of Navarre. Holley by the Sea is located just east of Gulf Breeze. And, being part of this community also gives you access to the recreation center which features the workout facilities, event rooms, tennis courts, beach house, meeting center. You've got the sound side private beach for all the residents. You've got event rooms, you've got the pier, RV, camps, two swimming pools, basketball courts, and the community's own private boat launch. I think that's everything. Lots of stuff for a very, very low HOA that you're going to pay to live in this community. Now, most of these homes in this area are anywhere between three to six bedrooms and it sits typically on about a half-acre lot. So, again in very high demand. We're still seeing lots being developed in this area. So, if you're looking for new construction or previous one, you'll be in luck here.
