Well, I'm going to tell you what the top three most expensive neighborhoods to live in Navarre are, so you can decide whether you want to jump in or not.
Alright, so the Top 3 Most Expensive Neighborhoods to live in Navarre.
1. Navarre Beach
You may have guessed it. It would be Navarre beach. Now, the great thing about Navarre Beach is that you have your choice to purchase a single-family home, a townhome, or even a condo. So, let's break down those price ranges a little bit. If you're looking for a single-family home, you're looking at spending anywhere from $455,000 to $2.1 million. If you're interested in a townhome, which is just as lovely as some of these single-family homes out there in Navarre Beach. You're looking at spending anywhere from $300,000 up to $1.08 million. That's a huge chunk of change for a town hall, but it'll be very much will be worth it. If you're looking for a condo, let's think about the side of the island that you're on. If you're on the sound side where you will have either view of the sound or no view at all. You're looking at spending anywhere from $200,000 to $315,000. But, if you must be on the beachfront and have a view of the beach, that way you can just walk right on out of the building and into the sand for a two-bedroom condo. You're looking at spending anywhere from $335,000 up to $625,000. And these are based on numbers of sales over the past six months. But if you're looking for a three-bedroom, you're looking at spending anywhere from $600,000 to $900,000. And if you're really want to splurge on your condo unit and you find that beautiful 4 bedroom condo, you need to be prepared to spend at least $900,000 up to a million or more. But of course, that's going to come with your amazing views of probably a penthouse suite, but just be prepared to come up above a million dollars if you do want that beautiful view of the beach. And now, just keep in mind also that you're going to have some HOA fees to pay if you do live in the condominiums out there or even some of the other Townhomes. You can be spending as much as $2,500 a quarter for HOA fees to just be prepared for that as well.
2. Heritage Park
Now, based on the sales of homes in Heritage Park over the last six months, really the first half of 2021. The price of homes ranges anywhere from $450,000 up to $1.5 million. At that price point, you're probably looking at a waterfront home and you're going to have between three bedrooms and five bedrooms. The square footage is going to be anywhere from 2,600 up to 5,000 plus. So, just be prepared for a lot of house if you do purchase one in Heritage Park. There also is an HOA fee and it's about $300 a quarter. Not so bad, it could be a little bit less than that but last couple of since I checked it did say about $300 a quarter.
3. Hidden Creek in Holley By The Sea
Now, this is a beautiful Golf Course Community. The homes out here range from $530,000 to around $765,000 for 4 to 5 bedroom home anywhere from 2,800 to 4,000 square feet. So, the homes are very well sized enough for you and your family. There's a lot of pool homes in this community as well. A lot of them do have screen enclosures over the pool. But if your home that you choose does not have an enclosure of the pool, you might want to consider one so you don't end up with a pool full of golf balls. There's also HOA $445 annually, which is not bad for what's included as far as amenities. You do have access to a rec center that includes 8 Tennis courts, 3 swimming pools. There's a family pool, a lap pool, and a baby pool for the little ones. There's also an RV and tent campground. There's a beach house for you to rent out for any events that you may have. And there's also a youth department and a full weight room for those of you that like to work out on a regular basis, unlike myself. But yes, Hidden Creek in Holley by the Sea is definitely a well-desired neighborhood out in Navarre. So, definitely check it out if that is in your price range from $530,000 to 765,000.
