The Bella Riva is a condominium complex located on Okaloosa Island, FL right on the Gulf of Mexico. It is one of the newer condo complexes, built in 2007. It has 45 units that are three and four bedroom, 2,000 square foot condos.
The community offers a pool and hot tub, as well as a fully equipped fitness center.
Tim and Michelle are in one of the custom designed, four bedroom, three bathroom penthouse units. It features a full laundry room, a nice sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island, and a large master bedroom with a large on-suite bathroom. Not to mention, phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.
