So, if you're familiar with the Emerald Coast, you may already know that it is a very beautiful coast. There are lots of areas where you can visit or move to, where you'll be able to have quick and easy access to the beautiful beaches that the Emerald Coast has to offer. As a lot of people are aware of Miramar City, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and specifically Okaloosa Island, and Navarre Beach. And some people may be wondering about Miramar Beach. So, you're not already familiar with Miramar Beach and the type of properties that we have to offer. I'm going to show you the area just to give you a little sneak peek. If you're looking to move to Miramar Beach or if you're looking for a vacation rental that you can use for personal use periodically throughout the year and use it as a moneymaker if you're not using it. You have a lot of options to choose from in Miramar Beach. Whether you're looking for a condo, a townhome, or even a fabulous beach house, Miramar Beach has it all. We're going to take a look so you can have an idea if you're not familiar with that already with what Miramar Beach has to offer.

You'll see Coral Beach right up here. I'm actually headed out to the Destin Miramar Beach area now just to give you a little look-see on the Miramar Beach area. Just to give you an idea of what the main strip looks like in Highway 98. There's a lot, again, as I said earlier, there's a lot to choose from, depending on what your price range or budget and the size of the property that you're looking for, especially if you're using it for vacation rental, but you do want to use it yourself or your family during certain times of the year. We do have a lot of people that reach out to us wondering, what's the better investment. Would it be a one-bedroom or two-bedroom, three-bedroom, a condo, a townhome, what's a really good mighty neighbor? Really all of them, they can give money here at the Emerald Coast and especially Miramar Beach as well. There are a lot of families that come to visit because they like that area specifically. I mean, it's in between Panama City and Destin. A lot of people say it's not as crazy and wild as Fort Walton Beach-based on their experience. And, not as much as the party area as they say about Panama City Beach, you may still have a little bit of a reputation under Panama City Beach. A lot of people that I've spoken to, really like the Miramar Beach area because it's a little bit tamer from what they say, and there's a little bit more upscale in Fort Walton Beach area. And these are thoughts and opinions that I've received from residents and people that are looking to purchase or have vacation in the Miramar Beach area. So, a lot of people have a lot of the same opinions up here for me, this is what I wanted to relate to you guys that don't already know. So yeah, there are a lot of people that have been visiting Miramar Beach for many years. They decided that they actually want to purchase and relocate to Miramar Beach and have their own spot. I've had some people that want to purchase property and ran out for a little bit, but have plans later on down the road to actually move to Miramar Beach permanently. So, whatever it is that your plan is, if you need some guidance on, you know, what's a good investment out in the area, as far as financing and helps you write good offers. If there's a spot that you really, really want but it's so competitive market, really was competitive still is here in 2021. So, if you just need some guidance on that purchasing process, especially in the Miramar Beach area, and Destin area, we the Whittemore Group would love to help you out. And hopefully, we'll be able to find something that will meet your match and make your family, or maybe your business partners happy with the Investments in the future home that you're looking for.
