3. Crystal Beach

With tons of open spaces and parks for kids to run around at, plus a few community pools and a club house to hang out at, there really is no reason you'd need to leave the area. Although, if you do decide to get in your car and leave the neighborhood, you are right next to the Destin Commons and only a few miles from the heart of Destin, so you are minutes away from everything you want. 

Although, if you want to live here, there is a price tag that comes with it. Homes in Kelly Plantation range form $600,000 all the way up to $4 million with the average price of a home coming in at $780,000.
